Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities


Responsible for Visa Desk daily operation management;


  • Inbound service:
  • Invitation letter to support global meetings and big events
  • Work Permit application/renewal/cancellation
  • Outbound Service
  • Government Registration and other visa related affairs (e.g. APEC card, B card)
  • Case volume tracking and payment verification
  • Assist managers on supervising on-stie support vendors to ensure service quality and customer satisfication

Government & firm P-file management;

Support staff joining and exit process according to government’s requirement and firm policies;

Company chop management;

Support statistics collection for government report;

Support on Hukou and Juzhuzheng application;

Support CPA related activities and qualification reimbursement;

Handle reference check and Issue staff certificates;

Support social benefits related affairs;

Issue Contract & Legal Documents;

Handle HR Daily Query;

Coordinate with IFS counter team on HR related service and enquiries;

Support other HR operational work;

Provide daily coaching to unexperienced members;

Support national HR projects.


Responsibility


University degree and at least 5 years HR working experience in multinational companies;

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;

High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;

Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross Line of Service and regional teams in a complicated business environment;

Strong execution abilty to lead/work with team on completing tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
