Within Eaton’s Electrical Sector Sales Organization, we have an opening for a Head of HR - sales organization - Germany Location: Bonn (Germany) Primary function: Leading the Human Resources Function for all employees that are part of the Germany Country Sales Organization (300 people) in a wide range of functional areas including but not limited to HR strategy deployment, organizational development and change management, employee and/or labour relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and employment as well as critical HR projects. Primary HR interface between the business team in the Zone Germany and the EMEA HR function supporting the execution of the zone’s business strategy according to EATON values and strategic priorities. Employee Labour Relations across all businesses in Germany Job responsibilities: Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for the leadership team Set direction, priorities and culture expectations while championing Eaton Values & Philosophies and the Eaton Business System (EBS) by driving the utilization of performance metrics, continuous improvement principles and change management plans, while maximizing employee ownership and engagement Ensure and built an open culture through focus on Inclusion & Diversity, transparency, ethics and employee engagement Support the leadership in the establishment and maintenance of an effective talent management, and succession planning process and focuses on building the leadership capabilities for the zone Sales & Marketing. Drive local efforts to ensure a strong future talent pipeline. Mentor leaders of people & employees, provide guidance, provide coaching and feedback. Drive HR digitalization, standardization with EMEA organization, assess and deploy tools and metrics to diagnose organizational or performances issues and work with leaders to drive change and transformation Lead the HR function in Germany zone supporting them in deploying the HR strategy Work closely with all Eaton functions, primarily human resources to create, coordinate and drive labour relations strategy in Germany and support EMEA or global projects that require Labour Relations expertise. Develop labour strategies, objectives, and action plans for country and individual locations, as applicable and drive commonality wherever possible (“One Eaton”). Work closely with operations leadership to ensure that labour relations practices are consistent with operational strategies and conducive to success. Build organizational capability in labour relations and support M&A projects (HR Due Diligence) as required Qualifications We would like you to have: University degree or equivalent Experience in the following areas: GermanlLabour law, employee & labour relations, talent management, recruiting, compensation and salary administration, performance planning, job evaluation systems, effective change management methods, facilitation skills, leadership skills. Proven track of HR generalist experience in a similar senior role and at least 5 years of functional leadership experience in the human resources field. Proven track record of achieving business success with works councils Experience in business transition (upsizing or downsizing) and change management essential Fluent in English and German, including verbal and written business language ability.
