Job Description

  • Leading and developing HR operation team to provide HR services and daily operations
  • Manage and integrate HR policies and procedures align with Global/Regional HR policies and guidelines.
  • Localize or create HR policies, procedures to meet local legal requirement and local business goals and needs.
  • Supervise the day to day delivery of compliant and quality HR Operation services, including but not limited to below areas :
  • on-boarding& off-boarding transfer process, employee personal file management, leave management, administration of compensation & benefit, new hire orientation, SOX audit, HR helpdesk and reports, etc.
  • HR operational support during internal and external HR involved activities, such as HR Kaizen project, HRIS projects, internal auditing, government audit, and compliance review etc.;
  • Partner with Global/Regional HR Connection, HRBP, and Corp COE to ensure operation service delivery in an accurate and efficient manner, to ensure assignment, compensation benefits are consistent and align with global policy and business requirements
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or other advanced degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR operation roles/ HR generalist in international companies
  • Good working knowledge of China employment labor legislations is essential
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
  • High degree of professional integrity and discreet in handling confidential information
  • Strong planning, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Experienced in Workday preferred.
