Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Lead the routine functions of the Human Resources including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies
2. Manage the talent acquisition process.
3. Responsible for payroll computation, prepare monthly payroll report and summarize report for HR team in headquarter.
4. Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance; collaborate closely with the legal and compliance team.

1. Bachelor degree
2. Familiar with HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, Employee Care, Performance management, etc
3. Great communication in Indonesia,English and Chinese
4. Good organization skill and multiple task processing.
