What's the role?

We are looking for an additional Team member, covering a broad portfolio:
As a people-oriented HR Business Partner, you will provide support on developing HR strategies and initiatives in support of all business areas of the company. You will be one-face-to-the-customer and consult them in any HR matters, such as eg Performance Management, Salary increment, Employee Relation matters, Organizational changes, People & Talent development and much more.
Learning, Development, Culture & State-of the Art HR Projects will also belong to your area of responsibility. Creating concepts and ideas on learning & development and executing, organizing them. Working out concepts & executing them, to support the right Company Culture and following up with HR Trends and future-oriented topics. Thiss shall support to make Mercedes-Benz Malaysia a Great Place To Work in future as well.
You will report to the Head of HR, have ones subordinate team member and work closely together with other HR Business Partners, while supported by the HR Topic Management and Business Leaders to integrate strategic and operational HR pillars.
Together with the team, you will we aim to initiate State-of-the-Art HR products, drive the HR Digitalization and lift the HR role and work to the next level within the company, as “Business Enabler of Choice”.
