JOB SUMMARY
The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:

- Work with plant team to attract, develop and retain employees for the organization to achieve its current and future business objectives.
- Ensure HR strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets, and the organization complies with regulations, laws and PPG policies.
- Provide strong support and consultation to the plant through effective selection process, attract, retain and develop talents to ensure a sustainable business growth;
- Participate in identifying organization weaknesses and implement programs to address development gaps, liaising with line managers to ensure that each employee has Performance &Learning Plan;
- Leading training needs assessment and co-ordinate training matrix implementation to meet current and future business needs, career path and staff development;
- Handle discipline and disposal case by working closely with plant management team and line managers according to China Labor Law and PPG Guideline;
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
The key performance objectives for the “Position” include:
1. Blue collar recruitment 100% meet the business needs, especially for the future expansion project;
2. Build up the talent pipeline according to the future org-design in 36 months;
3. Design and monitor the Training Plan to meet the Quality & EHS system;
4. Facilitate the Engagement plan and activities;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems & EHS Management Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 8 years’ working experience in HR function of MNC
SKILLS
- Good spoken & written skills in English and Chinese;
- Good knowledge of China Labor Law and regulations;
- Good understanding on C&B, Recruiting, Development & Engagement processes and tools;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
