Responsibilities

- Manage performance management system and process. These include ensuring the goal setting, interim and year - end review carrying out with time schedule; every staff is well under the system; communicate with Managers / SMs / Partners for the procedure and progress; handle any ad hoc enquiries on the system, etc.

• Responsible for the People Network program in the region, including liaising with SM / Partners for their participation or involvement
• Ensure all lifestyle and staff benefits activities in the region carried out successfully; evaluate the feedback from staff. Review the renewed contract with external vendor and negotiate better price for management's approval
• Manage the reward and staff recognition program in the region. Prepare monthly report and award distribution, monitor the use of budget, and handle any ad hoc enquiries on the system, etc.
• Handle Communist Party related matters, and act as contact point with the authorities
• Administer and support organisation development programmes in the region
• Assist with promotional activities of People Survey
• Assist with staff my life programme

Requirement

• Bachelor degree above with human resource or related education background
• Experienced in employer performance management and competency to use the relevant tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
• Able to manage in a matrixed organization
• Proven change agent with simplification and process improvement skills
