Hr Manager We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our Crouse Hinds & B-Line Division in Sutton in Ashfield. Reporting directly to the Plant manager and functionally to the Regional HR Business Partner for Operations, you will be leading the Human Resources department for all employees connected to the facility, as well as forming part of the site leadership management team. Whilst holding overall responsibility for the site, you will focus on those employees in R&D, Sales, Marketing and Finance and have a HR Generalist reporting to you to support the employees and Managers in Operations. You will provide daily support by managing, partnering, and administering plans and / or programmes to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support the business objectives, establishing solid working relationships and driving functional excellence within your site. Essential Functions: Set priorities and culture expectations by driving the utilization of performance metrics, continuous improvement principles and change management plans, while maximizing employee ownership and engagement Provide guidance and mentoring to the site manager and departmental managers. Develop and implement solutions to build site capability in line with the strategy. Drive site consistency and standardization for HR process and deliverables. Develop and deploy engagement strategies to manage and drive culture focused on simplifying how we work Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the site and deploy effective training plans, which may include running workshops and training design. Simultaneously utilise the Eaton University toolkit and ensure collaboration with other Eaton learning zones. As a member of the EMEA HR team, play a full role in projects and initiatives for the Crouse Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas Division HR team. Take a leadership role in site-initiated projects. Qualifications Experience Required Educated at bachelor’s degree level from an accredited institution Coming with 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR function/team Strong with managing employee & labor relations, with proven ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability Strong relationship skills required with the ability to navigate resistance, influence others, and develop buy-in Able to showcase your competence in a variety of HR domains, including Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, People Relations, Inclusion & Diversity. Able to build organizational capability and effectively communicate ideas/thoughts to all levels of the organization What Eaton offers?
