Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of company personnel, including maintaining recruitment platforms, releasing job postings, screening candidates, and communicating with candidates to complete recruitment tasks promptly;
2. Handle employee-related procedures such as onboarding, resignation, probation to permanent, job transfer, salary adjustment, contract signing, and other related matters;
3. Conduct attendance calculation, reward and punishment management for employees, and investigate the implementation of attendance, reward, and punishment policies in various departments;
4. Responsible for the company's administrative and logistical affairs as well as other tasks assigned by the leadership;

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in office software and have 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration;
2. Proficient in various recruitment channels, processes, and techniques;
3. Active, responsible, team-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
