Job Description
- Partner with China Commercial Team members to design and deliver people strategies, processes and products
- Take responsibility for the embedding of robust people management disciplines
- Coach and challenge China Commercial Team members, their direct reports (1st. line people managers) and key talents, to develop the organizational capability and resources
- Partner with CoE & HR Services to ensure delivery of effective and customer focused HR processes
- Build effective employee partnerships and consultation processes. Be accountablefor HR compliance in line with local regulations and standards and to manage business risk arising from employment liability
- Lead, or participate in, China cross functions HR projects and identify opportunities to share practices or learn from others
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in HR practice/business information and introduce new approaches, HR capability development
- High level of professional competence, 8+ years HR professional experience in multinational company, especially in managing commercial functions
- Business acumen - and solid commercial understanding, incl. business data and channel/KA module.Chemical / Pharma industry relevance is a preference but not a must.
- Solid understanding and experience in Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits

- Paradox navigator - Maximizing ideas and outcomes that may be inherently in opposition with each other
- Minimum bachelor degree
