We are hiring talented assistants with an interest in human resources to work on our team.
We are an international company working on software development projects ranging from software defined networks to custom compilers and are looking to grow our team with your help.

Your work will include but not limited as follow:
1. Post and maintain job ads on the hiring channels.
2. Database research and review of resumes.
3. Interact with potential candidates and communicate with applicants via email and test, and conduct phone interviews prior to scheduling in person interviews.
4. Make weekly reports on google drive and report to the manager.
5. Craft and send recruiting emails, offer letters, denial letters, and any other communication with applicants.
6. Coordinate with location Managers to determine position requirements and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
7. Help to build up our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the future.

The Business development direction of HR:
1. Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
2. Developing recruitment channels. Look for colleges and labs that are working in related areas and also dealing with company research and local government relationship and regulatory issues.
3. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
As an employee you will:
1. Be part of a growing international team
2. Work at our Shanghai office. (Not a remote position)
3. Work independently
4. Speaks fluent English and English could be the working language. Chinese is preferred but not a must.
5. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
6. Knowledge of employment laws
7. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. The ability to track recruitment metrics and analyze data and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making data-driven decisions.
10. The candidate is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. However major could be more flexible If you have many years of experience in human resources fields.
