Job Description
Resumen The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for providing support in the development, promotion and execution of structured continuous improvement (CI) activities in LATAM HRS service centers, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate CI activities/projects and partner with HRS work teams to ensure optimal and effective results are achieved. Through customer feedback and data analysis, determine and channel CI to assist work teams in analysis to determine areas of opportunity and priority. Responsibilities include executing and coordinating the quality process and monitoring/control of metrics with the HRS work teams from Brazil, the Caribbean and Mexico, reviewing the results with the work teams to detect training opportunities, coordinating the process of SLA, support in project management of HRS OpEx initiatives, monthly reports and analysis. Responsabilidades Some activities related to the position will be: Provide support in the execution and coordination of the quality management review process with the LATAM HRS work teams. Monitor and control HRS quality criteria in association with each work team. ii. Review the statistics of HRS interactions, transactions and processes on an ongoing basis. Ensure that the quality process is consistent with the HRS process, SLAs and operating procedures. IV. Conduct monthly follow-up sessions for quality feedback with HRS task force members based on findings and brainstorm solutions. In partnership with HRS teams, monitor customer feedback to ensure quality criteria are addressing critical customer expectations (CSPs) Issue monthly and quarterly quality / SLA reports to incorporate them into the HRS Scorecard. Evaluate the tactical and systemic problems, the latter, escalate them to the OPEX Lead Analyst Coordinate the implementation and SLA process for the LATAM hub. Participate in the construction of HRS SLA objectives and expected results in association with each HRS work team. Provide support and administration of reports and configuration of SLA. Participate in the projects of the Continuous Improvement process for LATAM Participate in the management of operating expense initiatives as assigned Support HRS documentation and process flows to ensure business continuity and knowledge transfer processes. Participate in the management of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects for HRS teams. Help teams identify solution/process transfers from the Americas to the GBO HRS team Manage and maintain HRS sites and documentation Additional tasks assigned as applicable to the needs of HRS and/or global OPEX. #LI-MG1 Qualifications Habilidades Nivel de educación requerido Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Administration, HR, Industrial Relations or another related career Años y área de experiencia requerida Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the HR function or related areas Conocimientos técnicos Six Sigma / Lean yellow or green belt certification preferred Project managment/implementation experience preferred Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience specifically in Excel, macros, and data analysis, Eg. basic Power BI MS PowerPoint presentation development experience SharePoint development and maintenance experience Use a variety of technology platforms to get your day-to-day work done Eg. (HRMS, Case System, Taleo, CISCO/Avaya/Finesse, Microsoft Suite, etc.) Language: Fluent English and Portuguese desirable. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation Demonstrate skills in managing multiple tasks at once and setting priorities. Demonstrate ability to create corrective and preventive plans.
