Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Be responsible for entire recruiting process. Familiar with new hire requisition, creating and maintaining job descriptions, post open positions using various resources, prescreening and submitting most qualified applicants, schedule in person interview and new hire on board procedure, the whole process end until new hire pass probation.
- Be responsible for New Hire Training, such as, induction and orientation.
- Be responsible for all employees’record file management.
- Be responsible for preparing foreign-related paper works, such as residence permit and work permit for foreign employees and Visas for Chinese employee who is required to travel abroad.
- Provide back up support for writing and translating company policies and announcements.
- Additional items as assigned by manager.
COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Good MS office skill: outlook, excel, word.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
- Good English skill: writing, reading.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build report with a variety of individuals.
- Good time management skills
– ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work within given time deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure on several high priority openings with high energy.
- Familiar with labor laws and rules, have experience of dealing with labor dispute.
- Strong logical capability and data analysis capability.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- College’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Business English or HR related field is required.
- 2+ years of labor relationship management experience in multinational company is preferred.
