Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transactional and administrative service related to HRIS data processing (eg. Personal data, benefit administration, talent administration).
  • Perform standard HR master data changes in line with compliance, data privacy.
  • Process changes in employee status, probation, renew contract, cost center changes, position, job lever, etc.
  • Preform regular checks on changes in systems monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections.
  • Provide the regular report, such as turnover rate, attendance etc.
  • Conduct the communication with employees in a professional and good manner.

  • Support day to day operation requirement in head office.


8. Support team ad hoc activities, audits, projects in case of requirement.

9. Other affairs assigned by Manager.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree.

  • More than 1 year Human Resources working experiences;

  • Good customer service attitude.

  • Detail-oriented, a team player, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Fluent English in written.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT;
