Overview

As Human Officer based in China, you will oversee the daily activities of office, act as HR face to all employees. You will be an important part of a fast growing organization. HR officer will work closely with administration in office and HR Manager. You will get the opportunity to locally manage Team China.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

l Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

l Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

l Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

l Recruitment and bringing open positions to a successful closure

l HR face to team in China

l Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

l Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

l Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

l Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

l Communicate with public services when necessary

l Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

l Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

l Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

l Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work;

l Coordinating and/or assisting with a variety of Human Resource related projects

l Coordinating with those tax and professional bodies to make sure for compiling with all tax requirements & annual licenses renewal for our entities in China with various government bodies.

l Coordinating with IT consultants for various IT projects including maintaining daily administration of emails accounts


YOUR PROFILE

We expect you to have following qualification, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:

l Proven HR experience as relevant experience

l Organization development experience is good to have

l Good knowledge of labor law

l PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

l Excellent organizational and planning skills

l Strong communications skills in English and Mandarin

l At least 5 years of HR and Administration experience

l Employee friendly attitude safeguarding the values of organization

l Strong sense of responsibilities

l High level of integrity
