Key Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of human resources management covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations, training & development as well as other HR functions;

  • With practical experience to revise and implement company-wide initiatives such as staff capacity building, performance appraisal system, retention and staff communication programs, etc;

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive organization development including workforce and skills analysis, learning and development planning, etc;

  • Develop and review company policies & procedures/employee handbook to ensure the HR policies & procedures comply with the relevant legislations and the corporate strategies;

  • Be responsible for preparation and control of HR budget;

  • Assist head-office for Assist in the development of HRIS to align with group direction;

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned;


Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;

  • At least 6 years of solid HR generalist experience with at least 2 years at officer level;

  • Well versed in PRC Labour Contract Law or employment-related legislations;

  • Good exposure and experience in HRIS system;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels;

  • High sense of accountability to work independently;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
