Job Description

Responsibilities:


1. Handle employee on-board, off-board, transfer and probation procedures, etc.


2. Maintain and update employee database and P-file


3. Contract management


4. Manage employee leave application and related report


5. Conduct social insurance and housing fund and ensure compliance of social insurance and housing fund


6. Be responsible for Expatriates managements, e.g. working-resident permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letter, etc


7. Organize and provide orientation training to staffs.


8. Work closely with management to provide HR reports and analysis, oversee the potential risk and communication on problem solving.


9. Other programs as assigned by reporting manager.


Qualification/Requirements


1. At least 2 years’ working experience in HR general operation.


2. Details Oriented, with good data analytical and presentation skills.


3. Excellent communication and writing skills of both Mandarin and English.


4. Familiar with national and local labor law and regulations.


5. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people under different country culture background.
