Job Duties:
? Take in charge the recruitment of Dachser base on HC & cost budget, interview & selection of candidates, develop and optimize the recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements and manage the quality/speed/accuracy of the hiring;
? Take in charge the payroll and tax declaration of Dachser. Giving advice to HRM on the competitive compensation and benefits for the company, e.g. salary structure, benefits scheme, pay & benefits administration, etc;
? Assist HRM to implement employment policy, procedures and giving advice when needed;
? Assist HRM to consolidate all the HR reports; checking and monitor all the required HR data
? In charge of administration of personnel information maintenance and keep the data accurate and updated always;
? Coordinate the employees` training via indentification of training needs, defining courses, organization and coordination of training delivery, follow-up of training results;
? Assist HRM to implement performance appraisal policy, procedures and giving advice when needed;
? Implement effective communication between HR team and each department to explain company policies to employees and to collect information from employees to HR team;
? Assist HRM to implement related HR projects and give advice when needed;
? Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources;
? Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
? Any others additional task and duties required by HR Manager.
Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
? Education: Bachelor degree or above;
? Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in in HR function area, preferably in multi-national forwarding company;
? Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
? Computer Skills: Good PC skills, esp. MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint;
? Core Competencies: Teamwork and co-operation skills; Communication and negotiation skills; Focus on quality spirit; Result Orientation; cak keep confidential on the sensitive information regarding the personnel information, salary, C & B, etc. Initiative, mature and open-minded; High integrity, can keep confidential on the sensitive information regarding the personnel information, salary, C & B, etc;
