Job Description
We are looking for an HR Officer to be in charge of HR related responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company and help develop an amazing team.
Responsibilities include:
- HR issues related to HR policies and procedures, employment law and general practices
- Handling compensations, benefits, MPF, attendance and leave administration
- On-boarding of new employees
- Preparing working visa applications and related documents for new and existing employees
- Yearly appraisals, salary bench-marking and ensure high employee retention
- Employee relations - addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and employee welfare
- Maintain proper employee record and creating new accounts
- Preparing HR related reports
- Participate in HR-related projects as assigned
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree, or higher
- 3+ years of experience in HR management
- Bilingual (English + Cantonese)
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in an organised manner
- Strong ethical standards, sense of responsibility and integrity
NICE TO HAVE
- Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Immediate Availability
- Well-versed in Local Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
