HR Officer / Assistant Manager

Job Description
We are now looking for an HR Officer to join our Xiamen office. You will be responsible to deliver effective HR service that meets the business needs of the Xiamen office. You will also make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of people processes across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day operation of the HR department that consistently provides value added HR Service that helps drive the business strategy for growth
  • Confidently providing business with appropriate advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment service efficiently and effectively, and be consistent with national / regional standards
  • Managing the graduate recruitment campaign and playing a pro-active role in university liaison
  • Supporting the annual performance review process
  • Promoting the employee work life balance program
  • Helping deal with people issues with fair and balanced viewpoints and ensuring that appropriate follow up actions are taken

Requirements

  • A degree holder with 3-5 years' HR experience gained from sizeable companies, preferably within an international business environment
  • Well versed with PRC Labour Law
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Have an open mindset to change
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Putonghua is essential
