Specific Duties and Responsibilities
To assist Supervisor in the HR process in line with Crane China HR policy and procedure
To ensure the accuracy of data in Monthly Payroll, Annual Merit Increase, Bonus/ Incentive scheme and benefits projects; to conduct compensation surveys
To be responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records on HRIS. Oversees maintenance and processing of employee records by conducting audits to ensure validity and integrity of HRIS data. Analyzes system requirements by identifying and implementing changes/ upgrades to the existing system to support the organization’s human resources programs/services
To provide assistance on tracking the whole staffing process for local employee from hiring to leaving (new arrival notification, probation appraisal monitoring, people review, leaving check list, etc.)
To coordinate with contracted employment agencies (FESCO and CIIC) in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities to handle the registration and exit formalities for local staff, as well as required documents, e.g. Labor Contract, Employment Permit, Working certificate
To generate relevant HR reports, e.g. IC Review statistic & analysis, KPI board etc.
To contribute to HR policy/working documents generation and review
To be in charge of HR filing system maintaining
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or business administration
Minimum of 5 years experience as Human Resources professional in MNC, either HR generalist or specialist on compensation & benefits
Familiar with China Labor Law and labor contract management regulations of different cities, especially in Beijing and Shanghai
Good skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), knowledge and experience on People Soft is a plus
Excellent English capability on both speaking and writing aspects
Good planning and follow-up skills
Ability to quickly adapt to a new environment with good team work
Good communicative and organizational skills
Ability to manage time and to prioritize tasks
Sense of responsibility
