Responsibilities
1. Administer HR operational activities, overtime verification, leave verification, attendance verification, etc.
2. Responsible for handling the payroll for local and international staffs including but not limit personal salary details, social insurance, housing fund and IIT related.
3. Provide employees’ welfare support including but not limit to annual medical check arrangement, medical claims
4. Compile Employee Basic Information reports or initiate customized tailor-made reports for Management reporting purposes.
5. Maintain the personal file of employee, employment contract management.
6. Support for prepare the annual budget
7. Work with other team members to complete C&B related projects and programs.
8. Any other projects / duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications & Experience
1. At least 3 years relevant experience in HR, preferably in Education Industry.
2. Hands-on Chinese Labor Law knowledge, employment Ordinance & related rules & regulations.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Good PC knowledge in Excel.
