Job Description
Position Overview
JOB CONTENT:
Monitor accurate HR database in HRMS(PeopleSoft). Support HRMS upgrades or the implementation of new system functionality;
Troubleshoot HRMS-related errors and escalate issues to IT support as needed;
Generate various of HR reports upon request to support senior management team;
Review and double confirm monthly payroll report to ensure timely and accurate payroll operation;
Implement annual C&B cycle including salary benchmarking, annual bonus payment, annual salary review and implementation;
Make sure IIT claims and generation comply with laws and local regulations;
Liaising with recruitment team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditions and policies;
Reviewing and revising HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation;
Developing personal policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed;
Collecting ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions, etc.;
Implementing any other duties as casually assigned by Department Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
EXPERIENCES:
Minimum 7 or more years of experience;
Solid experience with monthly payroll operation and HR system, PeopleSoft will be preferred.

Proficient in Excel, data accuracy and data analysis;
Leadership qualities;
Interpersonal skills;
Diplomatic and persuasion skills;
Ability to handle pressure;
Good written communication abilities;
