Provides support in functional areas of Human Resources Department, which may include assistance with recruitment and employment, personnel file management, coordination of work permit and visa management, business cards order, logistic support to hospital orientation and other training programs and Department Administrative work, etc.

Responsibilities:
? Enters data about new hires to HRIS and prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files.

?Personnel related documents preparation per HRBP/HRC requests

?Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees

任职资格:
?College degree with major in Human Resources or Administration preferred
大学本科学历,人力资源或行政管理专业优先
?Previous data analysis related experience preferred

?Good written and oral English

?Good at organizing daily work
善于组织日常工作
?Can work independently and take job initiative

?Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
