Job Description

This job offers the opportunity to have exposure to the various HR Global Operations functional groups through a variety of challenging assignments and roles. In this role you are expected to be customer (employee) obsessed, drive efficiency and promote innovation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity and exercising business partnering. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Rotating among the HR Global Operational functional areas (HR Contact Center, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Global Mobility)
    • Interacting with Intel Employees (who are our customers) to help them resolve issues and questions as it relates to all HR programs, policies and guidelines
    • Understanding end-to-end, business impact and requirements to implement process improvements within all functional areas
    • Analyzing quality data and review trends to ensure enhancement are developed based on the higher operations return
    • Providing direct support to the operation by building Automation tools to make the process faster and less prone to errors
    • Acquiring knowledge of business processes and tools to be able to run operational tasks upon organization's needs


Qualifications

� The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Industrial, Human Resources or Systems Engineering Statistic or similar Advanced Excel skills and/or customer service experience is desirable.Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines� Strong customer service orientation and active listening skillset� English fluency to document have conference calls and make presentations to partners and stakeholders� Effective change management to deal with ambiguous scenarios and achieve effective solutions� Cognitive flexibility to learn fast and adapt to new environments� Good communication and collaboration skills are required in order to support the regional requirements suppliers and remote team partners� Planning structure and excellent time management are needed� Problem Solving skills� Ability to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when required� Continuous Learning orientation to implement scalable solutions based on process connections and end to end mindset� Automation capabilities in tools such as Macros Power query or similar

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
