Job Description
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role offers a suitably qualified and experienced candidate the opportunity to join the HR organization at the heart of a leading company. Reporting to the Head of HROP, you will provide support un HR Administration and Learning & Training.
- Payroll and Social Security process knowlledge
- Learning and Training management skills.
- Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
- Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals
- Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
- Experience in HR, SAP.
- Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.
- A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.
