This position provides Collaboration with HR Generalist, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS, etc. in delivering HR services and meeting Country HR and Regulatory requirements. This position also support on Establish, implement HR related policies including but not limited on C&B, staffing and other operation implementation to maintain internal consistency while ensure external competitiveness. And also guide the staffing members about analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities*
Manages and works closely with team to set process and program expectations for development and implementation across geographies and functional areas
Identifies areas for improvement and sets operations strategies in area of expertise (e.g., usability, self-service, content management
Consults with the senior level human resources partners on process improvements, the impact of new Human Resources (HR) systems and programs, and opportunities for cost savings
Accountable for the financial and business impact of process development and implementation and responsible for optimizing HR Operations service delivery and cost effectiveness for business and HR managers
Support to develop China total compensation strategy and may extend to set up business functions’ compensation strategy to align with the local business needs.
Conduct analysis on internal and external compensation statistics. Based on the information collected, to recommend, develop and implement an effective compensation structure.
Evaluate new job positions to be responsible for well maintaining the job ladder system of APLL to support talent development and enhance compensation system operation.
Provide annual compensation calendar activities which may not limit to annual merit and sales incentive plans, salary survey, benchmark.
Support to review local executives’ compensation programs and liaison with mobility /benefits team about internal executive pay.
Be involved in compensation integration project, may conduct compensation trainings or workshops as required to stake holders.
Lead the staffing members to identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants; Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
Drive the staffing or C&B related training to relative business parting to ensure the good implementation
Make sure the data compliance and integrity
Requirements*
- Minimum 6 years C&B/Staffing solid experience,
- Experience leading a HR operation functional team including C&B and staffing executives in a progressive organization with strong presence in China
- Proven record of project management experience
- Strong data analytical competency
- Honest, ethical, high work standards and strong sense in confidentiality.
- Detail & result oriented
- Excellent teamwork
- People management experience is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English
