In this role you will report to HR Operations Manager and support to ensure that the framework, governance and metrics are in place to execute strategy and HR priorities across the business in partnership with GBS HR, corporate HR and business team. You will convey holistic end-to-end view on HR processes with clarity on roles and responsibilities and analyze challenges, identify and communicate clear and simple solutions within a complex and changing environment.
Your responsibilities
- Providing people and organizational KPIs and ensuring the correctness of data. Initiating corrections, if needed.
- Analyzing challenges and providing findings and advice, based on data.
- Identifying and communicating simple solutions to the internal stakeholders.
- Helping business teams to understand the current HR processes and tools and how to translate the business demand into HR practices/activities.
- Identifying needs for knowledge sharing in HR teams (in Business and in GBS).
- Support in transformation of the HR delivery model and ensure the alignment across the business.
- Ensure delivery to agreed standards and targets
- Acting as GDPR HR champion in the business
- Supporting in development projects and facilitating continuous improvement activities for HR in the business

Your background
- Master or Bachelor of science in Economics / Finance / Administration / Information Management / Engineering or similar
- 5-8+ years experience in HR / related function with international exposure
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end HR processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking, and understanding of business drivers and how best to leverage HR.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience in cross-functional, international collaboration
- Results focused, and actions oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture, while taking ownership of actions.
- Competencies in HRIS and GDPR knowledge, and L6S yellow/green belt highly regarded.
