Job Description

Your responsibility
- P-file management in good order according to guidance and keep them highly confidentially.
- HRIS (HRM, EES, IAM) maintenance of employee information regarding new hires, termination, personnel changes.
- Initiate probation evaluation process and update the feedback information in HRM system with accuracy & on time manner.
- Responsible for contract renewal process with management, prepare new contract for employees and update the renewal information in HRM system with accuracy & on time manner.
- Input the personnel change forms (PAF) into HRM with accuracy & on time manner.
- Support on performance review, including goal setting and file the forms in good order, launching competency appraisal forms.
- Employee in/out documentation preparation and support.
- Other daily work assigned by direct supervisor.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree
- Good read & write english skills
- Good word & excel skills
- 1~2 Years relevant working experience
- Experience Expectation Highlights: Has the data processing or HR system maintenance experience
