Job Description

Your responsibility
- Attendance management in e-flow system as well formulate the OT report to business depart
- Manage employees’ social insurance and housing fund, IIT and provide report to government bureau monthly
- Coordinate and collect payroll related data including bonus & incentive, deduction, and input into the payroll system with timely manner and accuracy
- Termination cost calculation and agreement, and advice legal risk during the separation process
- Accountable for bank transaction on e-bank platform
- Handle intern & dispatch workers payroll
- Manage commercial insurance contract and employees’ claim procedure.
- Responsible for employee fringe benefits arrangements, such as holiday gifts, service year awards, birthday celebrations, physical check, etc.
- Publish salary slip by using ESS platform
- Other daily work assigned by direct supervisor
