Position Description:
1、Define and plan the HR priorities to support the business strategy
2、Provide HR solutions and lead the delivery effort for organization development and talent development
3、Manage the recruitment activity alongside with our Talent Acquisition team and advise line managers on the hiring process, work with them on hiring decisions so that we identify and attract the right talent
4、Implement HR programs by collaborating with function HR teams
5、Build the communication mechanism to provide feedback, coaching and information to management as well as contribute to employee engagement
6、Provide HR consulting and solutions to the whole commercial Beijing site organizations.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of employee relations matters and experience in dealing with complex employee relations issues
- Experience in working with HR database management
- Strong ownership, proactive and act quickly
- Excellent communication skills in both English and mandarin
- Good PPT skill is preferred.
