Qualifications

• MA/MBA student in the domains of psychology, organizational development, business administration, sociology, etc.
• Availability for 4 working days per week
• Multi tasking and project management skills
• High level of networking and strong communication skills
• 3-4 semesters left to graduation
• English - professional proficiency level
• HR background, leadership development experience - advantage
