As part of the business HR team you will be responsible for providing strategic employee relations support and HR solutions to the Israel site employees and managers consult and coach managers in defining and implementing the best people management practices You will partner with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources at the business unit or division level such as employee and manager development rewards workforce planning and take part in various projects to improve and innovate HR processes As part of your role you will analyze data and use qualitative practices to identify root causes of human resources issues and address them with a systematic approach partnering with management in the development of solutions through cultural and process oriented perspectives
Qualifications
First year MA Student or PhD Student in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, Labor Studies or Law or combine studies of HR and Economics Statistics OR BA student with at last semester with the intention to proceed with MA studies
At least 4 semesters till graduation
Ability to work 4 days a week
Team work and interpersonal communication skills
