Eaton’s Enterprises division is currently seeking a HR Payroll Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro facility.

The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible of the preparation and payment of payroll including benefits, calculation and payment of taxes, attention to inspections of diferents ministries and companies for Hourly employees.

Some activities related with the position will be:

• Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with Corporate and Plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration., low and salary changes at Tress and IMSS.
• Accountable od Hourly personal payroll payment.
• Carry out the calculation and payment of social security, Infonavit, Fonacot and 2% on payroll.
• Request cards and grocery vouchers calculation.
• Administration and liquidation of savings fund, savings bank and pension planS.
• Preparation of settlements.
• Prepare and calculate the payment of Aguinaldo.
• Payment of PTU.   

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar. 
• 1-3 years experience in HR.
• Payroll Systems, law local requirements (LFT).
• BOC, Ethical, Transparent, Passionate, Accountable.
