Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of Human Resources functions with focus on payroll
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Prepare HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcement
- Assist to draft, develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company requirements
- Provide administration support and assist in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Min 5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislation
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
- Immediate available is preferred
