• Perform payroll activities including payroll tax, pension, payment summaries, foreign income summaries, and financial reporting requirements per payroll calendar & legal requirements
• Prepare of final payment and documents for leaving employees
• Coordinate activities related to payroll in coordination with payroll service agency. Ensure actual payments are reconciled with book record (accruals)
• Responsible for compliance of all statutory benefits with local regulations through proactive reconciliation with payroll agency and internal accounting book record such as Nat' I Pension & Nat' I Medical Insurance, Employment Insurance, and Industrial Accident Insurance
• Facilitate annual year end income tax for employee payroll and ensure quality report to tax authorities
• Coordinate withholding tax report with effective work relationship with E&Y for IA annual tax filing
• Reports preparation for relevant government authorities related to payroll & statutory benefits
