In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work with HR Business Partners and respective HR Managers to ensure that there is a robust plan developed and executed to support IT organization and capabilities development.

You are responsible for

• Defining capability development plan in partnership with the HR team and various IT stakeholders.

• Identifying interdependencies and critical path to be delivered.

• Ensuring Philips Project Management standard approach, tools and template to be utilized.

• Leveraging experience from other capability development projects in Philips.

• Supporting the project with respective data points.

• Creating social system and cadence to ensure the delivery of the plan.

You are a part of

Philips HR Team dedicated to support IT organization within the company.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University degree.

• Strong project management and change management knowledge and skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills.

• HRM experience in a global organization is a plus.

• Ability to work in the context of multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Generate analytical insights based on data.
