HR Project Manager – Operations Northern Europe

As part of this role, you will work as part of the HR Centre of Excellence for hotel Operations across Northern Europe (31 countries from the UK to Russia). As an integral member of the team you will lead and/or contribute to projects related to our hotel Talents. Project topics will cover different phases of the Talent lifecycle.

Project Management
As part of this role, you will both lead projects and work as part of project teams led by colleagues.
Our overarching aim as a team is to make the lives of our hotel operational leaders easier by giving them the tools and resources they need to effectively manage each stage of the Talent cycle including:
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Development
- Talent Experience
- Talent Management
Examples of projects include:
- Upskilling all hiring managers to become more effective in their attraction & recruitment efforts
- Designing and creating new tools and resources to be used by operational leaders
Regular communication with stakeholders
- Create presentations to communicate projects and updates to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the creation of content for Monthly HR Operational calls. You will also work alongside colleagues to co-lead this call and present content.
- Lead calls with stakeholders related to specific initiatives you are leading
- Gathering feedback on operational needs, tools to implement & delivery/usage of all initiatives/tools implemented across Northern Europe
Your Profile:
An operational and/or HR superstar with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality and/or HR. You will be a confident project manager, ideally with experience of managing projects across an international scope.
You will ideally:
- Share our passion for supporting our people
- Be an excellent communicator in English (verbally & written) with a demonstrable ability to manage a diverse stakeholder group
- Have excellent collaboration & teamwork skills as well as the ability to work autonomously
- Be curious with a clear desire to keep abreast of current trends
- Be positively disruptive; willing to put forward new ideas & trial new initiatives
- Demonstrate an ability to successfully design & implement projects across an international scope
- Be highly adaptable
- Be digitally savvy
