HR Project Manager – Support Offices Northern Europe

We invite you step into our world and begin a new chapter of your career journey with us as HR Project Manager – Support Offices Northern Europe.

You will work as part of the HR Centre of Excellence for Support Offices across Northern Europe (11 offices for 32 countries from the UK to Russia). By joining our 5 people team, you will lead and/or contribute to projects related to our Accor Talents. Project topics will cover different phases of the Talent lifecycle.

What will you be doing?

As part of this role, you will both lead projects for Talent Experience and work as part of project teams led by colleagues on topics around Talent Acquisition or Talent Management, with a special focus on Well Being of our Talents.

Examples of projects might include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to  improve wellbeing in and outside the workplace for our talents
  • Increasing Talent engagement by facilitating engagement activities and following up
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of all new talents to Accor
  • Designing and creating new processes and resources to be used by the talents and leaders
  • Regular communication with stakeholders
  • Business partnering towards our leadership team

Your Profile:

An HR superstar with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. You will be a confident project manager, ideally with experience of managing projects across an international scope.

You will ideally:

  • Share our passion for supporting our talents
  • Have experience in change management
  • Be an excellent communicator in English (verbally & written) with a demonstrable ability to manage a diverse stakeholder group
  • Have excellent collaboration & teamwork skills as well as the ability to work autonomously
  • Be curious with a clear desire to keep abreast of current trends
  • Be positively disruptive; willing to put forward new ideas & trial new initiatives
  • Demonstrate an ability to successfully design & implement projects across an international scope
  • Be highly agile
  • Be digitally savvy
  • Have some experience with our lovely hospitality industry
