Job Description

Key Responsibility:

1. Engaged in human resources daily operation promotion and management in provincial company, including personnel recruitment, employee relations ,compensation & benefits and corporate culture promotion and etc.

2. Fully understand Company and human resources strategy, and drive company's HR policy and workflow implemented, training and monitored in the provincial company.

3. Drive strategic and human capital projects implement in provincial companies.

4. Build-up effective HR partnership with provincial HR supervisor/manager to ensure provincial HR operation success.

5. Other projects and tasks arranged by Senior HR manager.


Qualification:

AUTHORITY: Independently working with HR field by assigned provinces.
AGE: 32 yrs. old and above

EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree or above with majoring in BA, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines

WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 yrs. HR Generalist experience and 3 yrs. HRBP experience in MNC

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Professional experience in territory HR management and project management knowledge is preferred.

? Solid local employment, law and labor knowledge.

? Logic thinking and ability to drive success.

? Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving & influence skills.
? Self-motivated, result-oriented and customer focus;

? Mature and capability to work under stress and ambiguous environment;

? Good team player and collaboration skills;

? Good command of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word etc.;

? Fair command of written and speaking English skills.
