Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to search strategy set up, research, mapping, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
- Liaise with line managers and other function departments for preparation of onboarding such as pre-employment health check-up and orientation
- Perform on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Participate in the development and design of job description, maintain an updated system and communication vehicle
- Responsible for P-file management, maintain and update HRIS and reporting
- Execute company’s policies and rules in relation to HR matters
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate manager.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification with minimum 6 years of work experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
- Candidates with recruiting experience in both inhouse and agency are highly preferred
- Familiar with local employment legislation and relevant laws
- Business partnering experience will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with business units
- Perform well as individual contributor as well as good team player
- Mature, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High proficiency in English & Mandarin; Good Cantonese is a plus
