Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to search strategy set up, research, mapping, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
• Liaise with line managers and other function departments for preparation of onboarding such as pre-employment health check-up and orientation
• Perform on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
• Participate in the development and design of job description, maintain an updated system and communication vehicle
• Responsible for P-file management, maintain and update HRIS and reporting
• Execute company’s policies and rules in relation to HR matters
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate manager.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification with minimum 6 years of work experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
• Candidates with recruiting experience in both inhouse and agency are highly preferred
• Familiar with local employment legislation and relevant laws
• Business partnering experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with business units
• Perform well as individual contributor as well as good team player
• Mature, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High proficiency in English & Mandarin; Good Cantonese is a plus
