HR Recruiting Intern

This will be a Remote Fall/Winter Internship. Part time and Full time hours available

As a Recruiting Intern for the Future Talents Program, you will learn the competitive world of University recruiting by identifying, engaging, interviewing and hiring interns for Bentley Systems! You will work directly with a world class recruiting team and Hiring Managers across multiple disciplines with a main focus in Software Engineering. You will help create diversity sourcing campaigns to further Bentley’s mission to build an innovative and diverse workforce. You will work with multiple software tools including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Handshake, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other required tools.

 

This Is You

• A junior, senior or graduate student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or other related degrees.

• Strong record of achievement and leadership in work experience, clubs, volunteerism or internships.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, computer, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce with an interest in diversity & inclusion recruiting and employer branding.

• Ability to coordinator and collaborate with a team effectively in a remote work environment.

 

You May Have

• Experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization.

• Proficiency with internal and external recruiting tools, analytics tools, and assessment tools is a plus.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.

• Capability managing social media presence for business use.
