Job Description

Responsibilities –
  • Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and benefits management, employee data management through HR information system and talent development programs at experienced level.
  • Researches and analyzes issues on assigned projects and develops solutions under regional HR manager’s guidance.
  • Acts as a HR contact window to ensure a smooth communication with employees and managers on the requests and inquiries regarding HR functions.
  • Partners with infrastructure/finance/IT teams to sync up about all activities related to people matters.
  • Works as part of global HR team and participates in global programs such as M&A, Inclusion and diversity, performance management and learning & development etc..
  • Coordinates country-wide employee activities and supports company events as part of job responsibilities.

Leveling Requirements –
  • Hands-on experiences in HR operations
  • In-depth knowledge of labor relevant regulations
  • Open and proactive communication skills/attitude in dealing with HR operations and projects
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experienced in project management and leadership
  • Good computer skill with familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 10+ years of related experience
