The HR Service Center Intern will experience the entire HR landscape by participating in
process improvement and contributing activities in the HR Service Center.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

• Support new hire orientations, new hire meetings and marketplaces.
• Gather documentation from new hire Associates.
• Lead process improvement activities.
• Help manage Plant Spartanburg’s service anniversary award program and ensure
• delivery to proper recipients.
• Conduct new hire audits to ensure accurate information is received in a timely
• manner.
• Follow-up with candidates and new hire Associates for missing information.
• Conduct verbal verification of employment activities.
• Other duties as needed.
• Support of Employee Self-Service portal and mobile app contract restructuring process.
• Support of Service Anniversary Program contract restructuring process.
• Support of updated HR Service Center marketing campaign.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, etc) or Information Technology.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (01/03/2022-05/06/2022).
