Position Description:
The HR Service Center Specialist is responsible for providing basic generalist
Human Resources support to Lenovo employees across America(being US our main
customer).
Duties include: query handling (via e-mail and IM) with employees, managing
queries between the Service Center and other HR teams (e.g. payroll &
expenses), maintenance of user guides for both employees and within the
Service Center team. The job is performed in HR Call Centre environment, while
volume of calls is minimum.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
•Query management/handling
•Manage services in accordance with the agreed Standard Operating Procedures.
•Respond to telephone and written queries from the Lenovo business partners
and/or employees using the case management tool.
•Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement and Quality standards.
•Produce and maintain documentation for Standard Service Centre Work
Instructions.
#### Position Requirements:
•Must speak, read and write English fluently.
•Nice to have: minimum of 6 months of experience providing customer service
support, ideally in a call center environment.
•Basic HR generalist experience is preferred.
•Use of Case Management tools is preferred.
•Usage of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
•Portuguese is an advantage.
