Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline with 10 years relevant experience. At least 5 years working experience at employee relations function or as HRBP preferably from a manufacturing environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good appetency and professional ethics.

- Well knowledge of Labor Law

- Fluent English speaking

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and administer employee relation programs and procedures.

- Conduct employee activities including entertainment activities, cultural activities, and special events.

- Provide individual counseling to employee on HR issues

- Handle employee issues and complaint, Deal with disciplinary case and labor dispute.

- Being in charge of internal communication and branding program: employee town hall meeting, communication meeting, employee satisfaction survey, poster...

- Oversee employee canteen and shuttle bus

- Manage new hires on-boarding process: smock, ESD shoes, door access etc.

- Manage employee clinic program: medical check, first aid support, job-injury case, blood donation.

- Interacts with external consultants and government agencies.

- Provide coaching on team member's skill development.
