We are looking for a HR Services Administrator - Benefits in Eaton’s corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. This role will provide HR administrative support, including HR systems on a day-to-day basis, and contributing to the long-term development of HR Service functions. Supporting the HR Services Manager in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, Managers and staff of Eaton within the Philippines. Your essential responsibilities: Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork. Government Liaison for local statutory benefits of 1,000 employees on claims, concerns, reporting, and contribution Processing of Government Loans (SSS and Pag-ibig) and SSS (Social Security System) claims (Maternity and Sickness) Statutory benefits administration – processing of monthly government reports on employee contributions and loan payments for SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth Coordinates with the site HR teams on Philhealth documents that are required for employee hospitalizations Administrative services related to Eaton / government requirements Ensuring that Eaton is up to date with the latest government announcements on changes that need to be implemented in benefits programs, if any Weekly visits to government offices to submit documents and follow-up status of claims and employee benefits Respond to employee queries via the HRS case catalog system Represent HRS in monthly All Employee Meetings of plants to answer queries related to benefits on a real-time basis Quarterly audits the HRMS system for accuracy and completion of government numbers Works closely with the Finance Team for monthly reconciliation of SSS sickness and maternity claim reimbursements Mans the HR Services service desk weekly to respond to employees real-time Ensure that HR Services metrics are met: Service Level Agreements Time to Resolve Cases Quality Net Promoter Score Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary Qualifications If you have/are: Bachelor's degree holder, major in Human Resources, Psychology, any related field or equivalent relevant experience; Exposure to in-house HR management, supporting a manufacturing organization. Data analytical skills are required Benefit administration experience – minimum of 2 years Attention to details, and past work experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in maintaining employee data systems (HRIS) Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; HR Shared Services and Customer Service experience a plus; Computer savvy Yes!
