Job Description
Nature and Scope
This position reports to the Asia HR Services Manager. The Primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely execution of all HR transaction activities for Asia in our system of record. The incumbent will also need to provide backup support for other HR Power Users when in need. The incumbent is required to work closely with the AP Managers, HR Generalists and System Support Centers on a day-to-day basis on all HR system related transactional issues. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity in master data system of record and compliance with corporate audits as required. The incumbent is expected to build solid knowledge and expertise in master data transactions.
As a member of the Asia SBS HR Services Organization, the incumbent is required to fulfill the commitment under the Global HR Service level delivery model.
The HR Associate is expected to be knowledgeable in HR Policies & Processes, how HR operates, how to expedite solutions, and be a reliable source of accurate information to managers and employees. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to interact cross-functionally, high performance and work ethic to drive to completion, as well as the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization to understand and resolve issues.

Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management or relevant certification
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ working experience, preferably in HR Operations or HR Shared Service centers.
- Experience in handling HR Master Data would be a requirement
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP HR transactions will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of the Workday system would be an added advantage.
