1. Ensure all the HR policies /procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Identify legal risk and optimize risky elements for HR related legal documents, process.
2. Operate monthly payroll and control manpower cost to be within budget with high accuracy for both BUs.
Lead the process of HR campaigns, including annual salary review and annual evaluation process with the cooperation of line managers and HR BPs.
3. Work with HRD, HRBP on workforce planning, participate in organization review and optimization.
4. Employee life-cycle management, including but not limited to personal file, staff in and out, probation, promotion, termination, etc.
5. HR digitalization. Maintain internal HR system such as Talent Soft, MDM, etc., act as interface between company, employee, and vendor. Continuously review and improve the system and/or related process when necessary.
6. HR data maintenance (Excel & System) and various reports deliveries. Submit HR regular reports & follow regularly HR indicators and share with manager.
7. Other ad-hoc tasks or projects given.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years working experience in MNC of HR functions
2. Solid C&B experience is essential
3. Good communication skill with charisma
4. Strong sense of figures, good analytical skills
5. Good at Excel, PPT and Word.
6. Team management experience
7. Passionate and driving, with strong performance & result-driven
8. Fluent in English
9. Bachelor’s degree and above, HR major is a plus
