Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with regional CoC team to design and implement regional training needs analysis, and work out regional training catalog accordingly, including communication material.
2.Evaluate and select training vendors and consultants together with procurement department and coordinate contract signing and payment of learning activities.
3.Responsible for administration and logistics arrangement of learning activities, monitor training course delivery, manage course evaluation, and cross charge to learners.
4.Answer manager and employee enquiry of learning activities.
5.Manage internal trainer pool and work with internal trainers on training materials.
6.Manage training registration and record.
7.Be a member of regional POD & learning team, support learning programs and consulting projects.
8.Be responsible for employee life cycle, including onboarding, probation, contract maintenance, separation processes, etc.

Position Qualification & Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree above with good English skills;
2.Excellent communication skills;
3.Excellent planning and organizational skills;
4.Be curious and fast in learning new things;
5.Result oriented and pay attention to details;
6.Experience with e-learning and learning management system is a plus.
